Creamy, fruity, and only a few ingredients β you wonβt believe how easy it is.

2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: a few drops of red food coloring for a pinker hue

Prepare the strawberries:
Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Optional: Strain for a smoother texture.
Set aside.
Whip the cream:
In a large bowl, whip heavy cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Mix it all together:
In another bowl, combine condensed milk, vanilla, strawberry puree, and salt.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
Freeze:
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.
Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
