This broccoli salad is the bomb! π£ It’s crunchy, creamy, cheesy, and totally crave-worthy. I always keep it on hand when Iβm doing low carb β itβs that good.
π§ Ingredients:
Salad:

1 lb fresh broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1 lb cooked bacon, crumbled

Β½ red onion, finely diced

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing:

ΒΎ cup mayonnaise

Β½ cup sour cream
-
ΒΌ cup stevia or preferred keto-friendly sweetener

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp salt

Prep the Salad:
Steam or lightly blanch broccoli if you prefer it less crunchy, or use it raw for maximum crispness. Let cool. -
Cook the Bacon:
