6–12 large eggs (depending on how many servings you want)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional add-ins:
Chopped veggies (spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions)
Cooked and crumbled sausage, ham, or bacon
Shredded cheese
Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, etc.)
🍽 Instructions:
🥄 For Individual Servings (Muffin Tin Method):
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a muffin tin well (or use silicone liners).
Crack 1 egg into each muffin cup OR whisk eggs together and pour evenly.
Add salt, pepper, and any toppings or mix-ins.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until eggs are set (they’ll puff up slightly).
Cool slightly and run a knife around edges to remove.
