1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prep the potatoes:
Parboil potatoes in salted water for 8–10 minutes until just fork-tender (or microwave with a splash of water in a covered bowl for 6–7 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Add sausage and cook until browned, 4–5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
