š„¬ Air-Fryer Brussels Sprouts
⨠Crispy, golden, and addictively good ā the perfect healthy side or snack!
š Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1ā2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Parmesan cheese or balsamic glaze (optional toppings)
š©āš³ Instructions:
Prep the Brussels Sprouts:
Rinse, trim the ends, and cut them in half.
Season:
In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Air Fry:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12ā15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and browned.
Finish & Serve:
Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
