Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
• Cut up a small cabbage and spread it evenly in the bottom of the pan.
• Chop one Vidalia onion and layer it on top of the cabbage.
Sauce:
• In a bowl, mix one can of cream of chicken soup, one cup of mayonnaise, and 1/2 stick of melted butter.
• Stir until smooth, then spoon and spread the mixture evenly over the onions.
Topping:
• In another bowl, mix 1 stick of melted butter, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers.
• Combine well and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
Bake:
• Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
• Let cool slightly before serving.
