sausages in the air fryer are a total game-changer. Super easy, no oil splatter, and they come out juicy on the inside with a beautiful crisp on the outside. Here’s your no-fuss, perfect air fryer sausage recipe:

🌭 How to Cook Sausages in the Air Fryer

🍽️ Servings:

As many as you like! Just don’t overcrowd the basket.

⏱️ Time:

Prep: 2 minutes

Cook: 10–15 minutes

✅ What You’ll Need:

Your favourite sausages (pork, chicken, beef, veggie — anything goes)

Optional: a fork to prick them (only if they’re super thick or might burst)

🔥 Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat (Optional but Helpful)

Set your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and let it warm up for 2–3 minutes.

2. Add the Sausages

Pop them into the air fryer basket in a single layer.

No need for oil — they’ll cook in their own fats.

3. Cook

Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for:

10–12 minutes for regular sausages

15 minutes for thicker sausages or if they’re very cold

Shake or turn halfway through to get even browning.

Veggie sausages? Cook at a slightly lower temp (180°C / 355°F) for about 8–10 minutes.

4. Check for Doneness

They should be golden brown and cooked through.

If you want to be exact, use a meat thermometer — you’re aiming for 75°C (165°F) in the center for pork/chicken sausages.

🧡 Serving Ideas:

With mash & gravy (classic!)

In a bun with onions and mustard

With air-fried veg or a fried egg for brunch

Chopped into pasta or rice bowls
