🥓 Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breast – Full Recipe (Air Fryer)

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 8 slices of bacon (2 per breast)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar

  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach, cooked broccoli, or sun-dried tomatoes (optional)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them lengthwise (not all the way through). Open them up like a book.

  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  3. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese + shredded cheese + optional veggies.

  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese filling. Close and press edges together.

  5. Wrap each breast with 2 slices of bacon, overlapping slightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  7. Place stuffed chicken breasts in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd).

  8. Air fry for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until:

    • Bacon is crispy

    • Chicken is cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C)

  9. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve! 🔥
