Air Fryer French Toast Sticks

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
4 slices thick bread (Texas toast, brioche, or sourdough work best)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Butter or cooking spray
Maple syrup & powdered sugar for serving (optional)
Instructions:
Prep the Bread
Cut each slice of bread into 3–4 equal sticks.
Make the Egg Mixture
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Dip the Sticks
Dip each stick into the mixture, coating all sides but not soaking too long.
Air Fry
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease the basket or use parchment liners.
Arrange sticks in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches).
Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Serve
Serve warm with maple syrup, a dusting of powdered sugar, or fresh berries.
