Air Fryer Oats Banana Pancakes

“Healthy, Fluffy, and Naturally Sweet – No Refined Sugar Needed!”

Ingredients (Makes 6–8 mini pancakes):

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 egg

1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt

Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions:

Blend the Batter
In a blender, combine banana, oats, egg, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Pancakes
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper (with holes) or use a silicone liner. Spoon small rounds of batter onto the liner — 2–3 inches wide.

Air Fry
Cook at 350°F for 6–8 minutes or until golden and set. Flip halfway if needed (some air fryers cook from both sides, so this may not be necessary).

Serve
Serve warm with honey, maple syrup, nut butter, or fresh fruit.

Tips:

For extra protein, add a scoop of protein powder or a spoonful of Greek yogurt to the batter.

Make it vegan by replacing the egg with a flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water, let sit 5 mins).
