π¦ Air Fryer Lobster Tail Recipe
Tender, buttery lobster tails with a golden garlic finish β quick, easy, and impressive!
Ingredients (Serves 2):
2 lobster tails (4β6 oz each), thawed if frozen
2 tbsp melted butter
1 garlic clove, minced
Β½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Optional: chopped parsley, pinch of chili flakes
Instructions:
Prep the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the shell lengthwise to the tail, without cutting through the bottom shell.
Gently pull the meat out, rest it on top of the shell (but keep it attached at the base). This is called “butterflying.”
Season:
Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush over lobster meat generously.
Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 380Β°F (195Β°C).
Place lobster tails in the basket. Air fry for 6β8 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly golden on top.
Serve:
Drizzle with remaining garlic butter and a squeeze of lemon. Garnish with parsley if desired.
β Tips:
Donβt overcook! Lobster is done when the meat turns white and firm.
Serve with steamed veggies, rice, or a small salad for a full meal.
