Grilled Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix oil, ranch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
  • Toss chicken cubes in marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley before serving.
