• 4 bone-in or boneless chicken thighs (or breasts)
• 1 cup long-grain white rice (uncooked)

• 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 tsp paprika
