Carnivore Chocolate Cottage Cheese Mousse
Zero sugar, zero plants, high protein, ultra creamy.
Ingredients:

Instructions:

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 2ā3 tablespoons of warm water (or warm beef broth for full carnivore). Let it bloom for 5 minutes until it thickens.

In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine:
