Ingredients:
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced diagonally
– 3 cups broccoli florets
– 3 tbsp honey
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tsp grated ginger
– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 tbsp sesame seeds
– 2 green onions, sliced
Directions:
1. Whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and red pepper flakes in small bowl
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over medium-high
3. Add sausage and cook until browned (3-4 minutes), remove from pan
4. Add remaining oil and shrimp, cook 1-2 minutes per side until pink, remove
5. Add broccoli to pan, stir-fry 2 minutes
6. Return sausage and shrimp to pan, pour sauce over
7. Cook 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats everything
8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
9. Serve over rice if desired
