Keto Amish Apple Fritter Bread

Ingredients:
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 large apple peeled and chopped
For the glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream granulated sugar and softened butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with milk, starting and ending with flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Layer half the chopped apples over the batter and sprinkle half the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Repeat layers with remaining batter, apples, and cinnamon-sugar mixture. Lightly swirl the top layer with a knife.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow bread to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk until drizzle consistency is reached. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread.
