12 ounces white chocolate or almond bark, melted
1 cup red and green sprinkles (for decoration)
Directions:
Assemble the Cookies: Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto a Ritz cracker and top with another cracker to create a sandwich. Repeat until all crackers are used.
Dip in Chocolate: Using a fork, dip each cracker sandwich into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Let any excess chocolate drip off before placing it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Decorate: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the cookies with red and green sprinkles for a festive touch.
