🧂 Ingredients:

1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)

1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced)

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional for extra flavor)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (plus more for garnish)

🔥 Instructions:

Preheat Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes.

Prepare the Coating:

In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil or melted butter.

In another bowl, mix together panko, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Coat the Shrimp:

Dip each shrimp into the parmesan-panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating evenly on all sides.

Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd).

Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Shrimp should be opaque and firm.
