📝 Ingredients (Serves 4):

For the Cajun Steak:

  • 1–1½ lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank)

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For the Cajun Shrimp:

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional for smokiness)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

Extras (Optional but Epic):

  • Roasted potatoes or corn on the cob

  • Sautéed bell peppers & onions

  • Garlic butter or spicy aioli for dipping

  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep the Steak:

  • Pat steak dry. Rub with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Let sit at room temp for 15–20 minutes.

2. Cook the Steak:

  • Grill, sear in a cast iron skillet, or broil to your preferred doneness:

    • Medium-rare: ~3–4 min per side (depending on thickness)

  • Let rest 5–10 minutes, then slice.

3. Cook the Shrimp:

  • Toss shrimp in Cajun seasoning, oil, paprika, and lemon juice.

  • Cook in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.

4. Plate the Feast:

  • Arrange sliced steak and shrimp on a platter.

  • Add sides like roasted veggies, potatoes, or grilled corn.

  • Garnish with parsley or green onions.

  • Serve with lemon wedges or garlic butter drizzle.
