🌙 Metabo-Night Tonic
A warm, soothing fat-burning drink to support digestion and metabolism while you sleep.
🍵 Ingredients (1 serving):

1 cup hot water (not boiling)

1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ½ tsp ground ginger)

🫖 Instructions:

Heat 1 cup of water until hot but not boiling.

Add grated ginger and cinnamon. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
