🍗 Garlic Butter Chicken Bites 🧄🧈
Ingredients:

1.5 lbs (about 680g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color and flavor)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
-
4–5 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Optional: lemon juice or chili flakes for extra flavor
Instructions:

Season the Chicken
In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika. -
Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Cook for 5–7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. -
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
Reduce heat to medium. Push chicken to one side of the pan.
Add butter and garlic to the empty space. Sauté garlic for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant (don’t burn it!). -
Coat the Chicken
Toss the chicken in the garlic butter until fully coated and glossy. -
Finish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
Serve immediately.
