Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Cooking spray
Bang Bang Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
- 1 tsp honey

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Coating
- In three separate bowls, place flour in one, beaten egg in another, and mix panko with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the third.
- Coat each salmon bite in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange salmon bites in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and crispy.
Step 3: Make the Sauce & Serve
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
- Drizzle or toss the salmon bites in the sauce before serving.
- Enjoy with extra sauce on the side!
