🔪 Instructions
Step 1: Preheat Air Fryer

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Egg Mixture
In a shallow dish or bowl, whisk together:

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

Step 3: Dip the Bread

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.

Let excess drip off — don’t oversoak unless your bread is really thick or stale.
Step 4: Air Fry
