🍳 Air Fryer Egg Bites Recipe
✅ Ingredients (Base Recipe):

¼ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, feta, etc.)

Salt & pepper to taste

🔄 Optional Mix-Ins (choose 2–4 tbsp total):

Cooked bacon, sausage, or ham (chopped)

Bell peppers (diced)

Onions or green onions

Spinach or kale (chopped)

Mushrooms (sautéed or pre-cooked)

Tomatoes (chopped, seeded)

Jalapeños (for spice)

Herbs like parsley, chives, or basil

Silicone muffin molds, egg bite molds, or small ramekins

Air fryer (basket or oven style)
👩🍳 Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer:
Set to 300°F (150°C). Preheat for 3–5 minutes if your model requires it. -
Prepare the egg mixture:
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese and any mix-ins. -
Grease the molds:
Lightly spray silicone molds or ramekins with oil to prevent sticking. -
Pour and place:
Fill each mold about ¾ full with the egg mixture. Carefully place molds into the air fryer basket. -
Air fry:
Cook at 300°F (150°C) for 10–13 minutes, or until the egg bites are set in the center.
(Cook time varies based on mold size and air fryer model.) -
Cool & serve:
Let cool for 2–3 minutes before removing from molds. Serve warm, or refrigerate for later.
