🔥 Instructions:
1. Preheat Air Fryer:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
2. Prep Ramekin:

Lightly grease the inside of the ramekin (optional).

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to each ramekin.

Crack one egg into each ramekin (carefully so the yolk stays intact).
3. Air Fry:

Carefully place ramekins into the air fryer basket.
-
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 5 to 6 minutes for runny yolks.

Add 1–2 more minutes for firmer yolks.

4. Remove & Serve:

Use tongs or an oven mitt to remove ramekins (they’ll be hot).

Gently lift the egg out with a spoon or slotted spoon.

Dab with a paper towel to remove excess water, if desired.

Silicone muffin cups also work well and are easy to clean.

Use room temperature eggs for more even cooking.

Add a splash of vinegar to the water for a more traditional poach feel (optional).
