2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour or bread flour

1 cup (240 ml) warm water

1 tbsp sugar or honey

1 tbsp instant yeast (or 2ΒΌ tsp)

1 tsp salt

2β3 tbsp vegetable oil

Β½β1 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, sesame, etc.)
(You can use just sunflower seeds like in the picture.)

1. Prepare the dough

In a mixing bowl, add warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

Add flour, salt, oil, and seeds.

Mix with a spoon until everything is well combined β no kneading needed.

Cover the bowl and let it rise for 40β60 minutes, or until doubled.
2. Transfer to a glass baking bowl

Grease a round glass bowl or heat-safe container with oil.

Pour the risen dough inside.

Smooth the top with a wet spoon.

Sprinkle extra seeds on top (optional).

Let it rise again for 20 minutes.
3. Bake

Preheat your oven to 180Β°C / 350Β°F.

Bake for 35β45 minutes, depending on bowl size.

The top should be golden brown and firm.

Let it cool in the bowl for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing.

Use bread flour for a firmer, chewier texture.

Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the dough for extra softness.

For a darker crust, bake the last 5 minutes without the bowl lid (if using a lidded container).
