Ingredients:

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, diced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced turkey, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread half of the turkey mixture over the surface. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions over the turkey mixture.
  3. Place another tortilla on top and press gently.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully transfer the quesadilla to the skillet.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Once done, cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve immediately.
