Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked turkey, diced
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced turkey, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread half of the turkey mixture over the surface. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions over the turkey mixture.
- Place another tortilla on top and press gently.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully transfer the quesadilla to the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
- Once done, cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve immediately.
