2 lbs ground turkey (venison or beef; thawed if frozen)
1.5 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin (ground)
2 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp mineral salt
3/4 cup water
3 large romaine lettuce (3-4 large heads, chopped)
1 pint cherry tomatoes
30 oz pinto beans (2-15 oz cans, rinsed and drained; or 3 cups home-cooked)
15 oz black beans (canned, rinsed and drained; or 1.5 cups home-cooked)
15 oz corn (canned, rinsed and drained)
For the Easy Ranch Dressing:
1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt (rounded)
1 tsp garlic powder (rounded)
1 tsp onion powder (rounded)
1 tsp mineral salt (rounded)
1 tsp black pepper (rounded)
2 tsp parsley flakes Debra Evans you chop the lettuce, halve the tomatoes, drain and rinse the beans, drain the corn, brown the meat and add the seasonings, and mix the Greek yogurt with seasonings and just mix it all together! I keep my ingredients separate because some of my kids don’t like all the ingredients so this way it’s more customizable. Then add whatever toppings you like such as sour cream/Greek yogurt, salsa, cilantro, onions, chips, taco sauce, etc. Whatever floats your boat 😊
