Air Fryer Apple Chips
“Light, Crispy, and Naturally Sweet – The Perfect Healthy Snack!”
Ingredients:
1–2 apples (Fuji, Gala, or Honeycrisp work great)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Cooking spray (optional)
Instructions:
Prep the Apples
Wash and core the apples (peeling is optional). Use a mandoline or sharp knife to slice very thin, about 1/8 inch thick.
Season
Lightly spray slices with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C)
Place slices in a single layer (you may need to work in batches)
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Watch closely near the end to prevent burning — thinner slices cook faster.
Cool & Crisp
Let chips cool for a few minutes after air frying — they’ll crisp up more as they cool.
Tips:
The thinner the slices, the crispier the chips.
Store in an airtight container once fully cooled to keep them crisp.
Try with a dash of nutmeg or pumpkin spice for variety!
