1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

1 tsp mustard (optional, Dijon or wholegrain)

1 tsp dried mixed herbs (or parsley)

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, mix together:-
Chicken mince

Onion, garlic, carrot

Egg, breadcrumbs

Worcestershire sauce and mustard (if using)

Herbs, salt, and pepper

Form Rissoles
Shape the mixture into palm-sized patties (about 8 small or 6 medium rissoles).
Optional: Lightly roll in extra breadcrumbs for a crispy outer texture. -
Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 3β5 minutes. -
Cook in Air Fryer

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.

Place rissoles in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).

Spray tops with oil.

Cook for 15β18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through (internal temp should be 75Β°C/165Β°F).
