🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced)

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional for extra flavor)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (plus more for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges, for serving


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes.

  2. Prepare the Coating:

    • In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil or melted butter.

    • In another bowl, mix together panko, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.

  3. Coat the Shrimp:

    • Dip each shrimp into the parmesan-panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating evenly on all sides.

  4. Air Fry:

    • Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd).

    • Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Shrimp should be opaque and firm.

  5. Serve:

    • Garnish with extra parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce (like garlic aioli or marinara).
