Baked Brie Bites (Crescent Rolls) Recipe

Make these Sugar Plum Baked Brie Bites with crescent dough, brie cheese, pecans, and sugar plum jam for an easy holiday appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) tube crescent dough sheet (or original crescent roll)
  • cooking spray (for pan)
  • flour (for dusting)
  • 1 (8-oz) wheel of brie
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Plum Jam (raspberry, strawberry or fig jam)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F° and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out crescent dough, if using the roll dough, pinch the seams together. Cut into 24 squares. Place squares into muffin tin slots.
  • Cut brie into small pieces and place inside the crescent dough.
  • Top with 1/2 teaspoon each of jam, and 1/2 teaspoon chopped pecans.
  • Bake until the crescent pastry is golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
