Blueberry Lemon Cupcakes

I just made  blueberry  lemon cupcakes and they are so good! And at just two weight watchers points each they are a great low point snack!

Ingredients

    • 1 sugar free yellow cake mix as pictured
    • 1 egg
    • 1 scoop of Isopure protein powder 1 pt
    • 1 cup of Greek yogurt 2 pt
    • 1 can of no sugar 7Up
    • 1 tsp lemon zest
    • Dash of lemon flavoring
    • 1 cup of blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a 24 cup muffin pan with paper liners (or use a silicone muffin pan).
  2. Divide the batter among the prepared muffin cups. Bake until a tester inserted into the centers comes out clean, about 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  3. Made 24 cupcakes and I am counting them 2 points each.
