Bruschetta Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 8 oz spaghetti or penne pasta
– 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
– 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Optional: Extra basil leaves and balsamic glaze for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
2. Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook chicken in olive oil until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice and set aside.
4. Mix tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt for bruschetta topping.
5. Toss cooked pasta in skillet with chicken drippings. Add sliced chicken and bruschetta topping.
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garnish with basil, and drizzle balsamic glaze if desired.
