📝 Ingredients (Serves 4):
For the Cajun Steak:

1–1½ lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank)

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Cajun Shrimp:

1 lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp paprika (optional for smokiness)

Juice of ½ lemon
Extras (Optional but Epic):

Roasted potatoes or corn on the cob

Sautéed bell peppers & onions

Garlic butter or spicy aioli for dipping

Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

1. Prep the Steak:

Pat steak dry. Rub with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Let sit at room temp for 15–20 minutes.
2. Cook the Steak:

Grill, sear in a cast iron skillet, or broil to your preferred doneness:

Medium-rare: ~3–4 min per side (depending on thickness)

Let rest 5–10 minutes, then slice.
3. Cook the Shrimp:

Toss shrimp in Cajun seasoning, oil, paprika, and lemon juice.

Cook in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.

Arrange sliced steak and shrimp on a platter.
