Cheese Steak Hamburger Helper

Ingredients

01 1 lb ground beef
02 1 chopped onion
03 1 chopped green bell pepper
04 1 tsp steak seasoning
05 1 tsp garlic powder
06 1 tsp onion powder
07 1 tsp paprika
08 1/2 tsp oregano
09 2 TBSP A1 Steak Sauce
10 1 1/2 cups beef broth
11 1 1/2 cups milk
12 8 oz can of tomato sauce
13 2 1/2 cups spiral pasta
14 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

Step 01

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 02

Add chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper.

Step 03

Drain grease and add steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano.

Step 04

Add beef broth, A1 Steak Sauce, tomato sauce, milk, and pasta. The pasta goes in the skillet uncooked and will cook in the beef broth and milk.

Step 05

Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cover with a lid and lower the heat to low.

Step 06

Cook covered for 10-15 minutes.

Step 07

Stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and then top with the remaining cup of cheese. Cover with the lid until the cheese is melted.

Step 08

Serve and enjoy!
