Cheesecake Layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Vanilla Pudding Layer:

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding

1 ½ cups cold milk

(Optional: add 1/2 cup sour cream or cream cheese for extra richness)

Topping:

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Extra whipped topping for garnish (optional)

Make the crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the layers.

Prepare the cheesecake layer:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust.

Prepare the pudding layer:

Top with cherry pie filling:
