Ingredients
1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
1 package (28 oz) frozen hash browns
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread the frozen hash browns evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
Sprinkle the cooked sausage and crumbled bacon over the hash browns to form an even layer.
Add 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and ranch dressing mix until fully combined. Pour this mixture evenly over the layers in the casserole dish.
Top the casserole with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
