- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Pat beef dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Optional: Brown beef in a skillet with oil.
- Place beef in crockpot and add mushrooms on top.
- Mix soup, broth, garlic powder, and onion powder; pour over meat.
- Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
- Stir in sour cream 30 minutes before serving.
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes
