Creamy Crockpot Beef Tips & Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Pat beef dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Optional: Brown beef in a skillet with oil.
  3. Place beef in crockpot and add mushrooms on top.
  4. Mix soup, broth, garlic powder, and onion powder; pour over meat.
  5. Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
  6. Stir in sour cream 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Adjust seasoning and serve hot over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes
