  • Ingredients

    • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
    • ½ cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp paprika
    • Cooking spray

    Bang Bang Sauce

    • ¼ cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
    • 1 tsp honey
    • Instructions

      Step 1: Prepare the Coating
      1. In three separate bowls, place flour in one, beaten egg in another, and mix panko with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the third.
      2. Coat each salmon bite in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
      Step 2: Air Fry
      1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
      2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
      3. Arrange salmon bites in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
      4. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and crispy.
      Step 3: Make the Sauce & Serve
      1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
      2. Drizzle or toss the salmon bites in the sauce before serving.
      3. Enjoy with extra sauce on the side!
