π₯ Option 1: Oven-Baked

Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 190Β°C (375Β°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it. -
Prep Chicken
Flatten chicken breasts slightly to even thickness (use a meat mallet or rolling pin). Season with salt and pepper. -
Make Crumb Coating
In a bowl, mix:-
Crushed Ritz crackers

Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

Dip and Coat

Dip chicken into milk/buttermilk

Then coat in Ritz cracker mixture (press to stick)

Place on prepared tray
