1.5 lbs (680g) sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
3 tbsp butter (unsalted)
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
-
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
-
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
For the Roasted Vegetables
-
1 lb (450g) baby potatoes, halved
-
2 cups broccoli florets
-
1 cup carrots, sliced into chunks
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
🔥 Instructions
Step 1: Roast the Vegetables
-
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
-
On a large baking sheet, toss baby potatoes, carrots, and broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
-
Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until veggies are tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
Step 2: Prepare the Steak Bites
-
While the veggies roast, pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (if using).
-
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
-
Add steak in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches to avoid overcrowding). Sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
-
Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Stir and spoon the garlic butter over the steak for 1–2 minutes.
-
Remove steak bites from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
Step 3: Assemble & Serve
-
Arrange steak bites and roasted vegetables on a large serving plate.
-
Spoon any remaining garlic butter over the top.
-
Serve immediately and enjoy!
✅ Tips
-
Use high-quality steak for best tenderness.
-
Let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving.
-
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
-
Serve with a dipping sauce or garlic aioli if desired.
