Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients
Filling

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional but great)

6–8 slices mozzarella or cheddar cheese (cut into small squares)
Dough
-
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (cut into 6–8 pieces)
Garlic Parmesan Topping

4 tbsp butter, melted
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
Optional: sesame seeds or dried parsley
Instructions

Cook the Beef

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.

Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.

Prepare the Dough

Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a 4–5 inch circle.

Fill the Bombs
-
Add 1–2 tablespoons of cooked beef to the center.

Place a cube of cheese on top.

Carefully pull the dough up and seal tightly into a ball.

Make Garlic Butter

Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.

Bake
-
Place sealed-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet or rack.

Brush generously with garlic butter.

Sprinkle extra Parmesan or sesame seeds on top.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.

Finish
-
Brush with more garlic butter after baking.

Let cool 5 minutes (the cheese inside is HOT!).
