✅ Ingredients:

  • 1–2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced or grated

  • 1 liter (about 4 cups) filtered water

  • Juice of 1 lemon (optional but recommended)

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional – skip if reducing sugar/calories)


🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Boil the water in a pot.

  2. Add the sliced or grated ginger to the boiling water.

  3. Lower the heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and let it steep for another 10 minutes.

  5. Strain the ginger pieces out and pour the liquid into a bottle or jar.
