Italian Dressing Chicken and Veggie Bake – easy one-pan dinner with tender chicken, crispy potatoes & green beans. Ready in under an hour!


Ingredients

  • 1 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 large can + 1 small can green beans, drained
  • 6 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Cut chicken and potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Drain green beans thoroughly.
  4. Combine chicken, potatoes, and green beans in large bowl.
  5. Mix melted butter with Italian dressing packet.
  6. Toss everything with butter mixture until coated.
  7. Spread in baking dish in single layer.
  8. Bake 45-55 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  9. Check chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
  10. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
