Keto Croissants Recipe

INGREDIENTS
• 2 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
• 2 ounces cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ⅓ cup coconut flour
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
• pinch of salt
• 2 tablespoons butter melted
. 4 Cheese sticks cut in half
• Optional seasonings (used garlic/Italian seasoning)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until they are melted and well combined.
Put the cheese dough into a mixing bowl, and add the coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, egg and salt. Beat on high until a well incorporated dough forms.
Press the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until it is about ¼ of an inch thick,
Cut the dough into four squares and cut each square into two even triangles.
Starting at the widest end of each triangle place cheese stick, roll them to the thinnest end, forming a croissant shape.
Brush the croissants with the melted butter and seasonings or plain.
Bake for 12-5 minutes.
