Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced 
1 avocado, sliced 
2 boiled eggs, halved 
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
A handful of romaine or spinach 
2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles 
1/2 cup crispy cooked bacon or sausage slices 
Salt & pepper to taste 
Method:
On a large plate, layer greens first. Arrange chicken, avocado, eggs, tomatoes, blue cheese, and bacon beautifully in sections. Season lightly and serve fresh!
