🍗✨ Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Recipe

⏱️ Ready in: 35–40 minutes

🍽️ Serves: 4

💯 High-protein, low-carb, kid-approved comfort food

🛒 Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs if you want extra juiciness)
1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (your call — mayo for richness, yogurt for tang & protein)
½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional but soooo good)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven

To 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment for easy cleanup.

2. Mix the magic

In a bowl, stir together:
→ Mayo or Greek yogurt
→ Parmesan cheese
→ Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
→ Salt and pepper

3. Prep your chicken

Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the mayo mixture generously over each piece, covering completely.

4. Bake uncovered

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temp hits 165°F (75°C).
Optional: Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for a golden top ✨

5. Rest & garnish

Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives for a fresh finish.

🍽️ Perfect Pairings:

Garlic mashed potatoes
Roasted green beans or asparagus
Creamy cauliflower rice (low-carb twist)
A simple arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette

👩‍🍳 Pro Tips:

Thin chicken breasts = faster cooking
Greek yogurt adds protein & tang, great for healthy swaps
