Melted Mozzarella & Ranch Chicken Bombs

Juicy ranch-seasoned chicken breasts stuffed with gooey mozzarella and baked to perfection. A cheesy, comforting family dinner favorite!

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 mozzarella cheese sticks (or 1 cup shredded)

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thick. Season with ranch mix, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add mozzarella, roll, and secure with toothpicks. Sear in olive oil, then bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes. Let rest, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

Use toothpicks to hold chicken tightly for baking. Try different cheeses like provolone or pepper jack.
