Dough:

4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup sugar

1 packet (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast

1 cup warm skim milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 tsp salt
Filling:

1/4 cup sugar substitute
-
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
-
2 tbsp melted butter
Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar substitute
-
2 tbsp skim milk
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:

Activate Yeast: Mix warm milk and a pinch of sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit 5–10 mins until foamy.

Make Dough: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter, eggs, salt, and yeast mixture. Mix into a soft dough.

Knead: Knead for 8–10 mins until smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–2 hrs until doubled.

Fill & Roll: Roll dough into a rectangle. Brush with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon + sugar substitute.

Shape: Roll up, slice into 12 rolls. Place in greased dish, rise again for 30 mins.

Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 mins until golden.

Glaze: Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
